The sample OAL provided with Platform Builder includes generic implementations of the following functions:

• QueryPerformanceCounter

• QueryPerformanceFrequency

• OEMIdle

• SC_GetTickCount

  The kernel calls SC_GetTickCount to service the GetTickCount system call.
