IDVDRenderer::Play (Windows CE 5.0)
This method starts typical decoding and rendering of a DVD stream.

Parameters
None.
Return Values
If the method completes successfully, the return value is S_OK.
Remarks
On return, the driver is immediately ready to accept data for decoding and rendering.
