This method initializes the media renderer.

Return Values

| S_OK | The request completed successfully. |
| E_FAIL | This method was unsuccessful. |
| E_UNEXPECTED | The media renderer has already been initialized. |
Remarks
This method is to be the first call on a fresh instance of the renderer. It can be used for hardware initialization, checking, and microcode loading.
