DestroyVideoPort (Windows CE 5.0)
This callback function notifies the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) when the video port is destroyed. This callback function is optional.

Parameters
- pdvpd
[in, out] Pointer to a DDHAL_DESTROYVPORTDATA structure that contains the information required for the driver to destroy the video port.
