SpSetDefaultTokenForCategoryId (Windows CE 5.0)
This function sets the default token for the specified category identifier.

Parameters
- pszCategoryId
[in] Pointer to the category identifier. - pToken
[in] Pointer to an object implementing ISpObjectToken to set as the default.
