SpGetDefaultTokenIdFromCategoryId (Windows CE 5.0)
This function gets the default token identifier for the specified category.

Parameters
- pszCategoryId
[in] Pointer to the category identifier. - ppszTokenId
[out] Address of a pointer to the identifier for the default token.
