CEL_SYSTEM_TLB (Windows CE 5.0)
This structure is used to log the number of translation look-aside buffer (TLB) misses that have occurred. This count is checked at least once every thread switch, and logged if it is nonzero.

Number of TLB misses that have occurred since the last TLB miss count was logged.
Remarks
Currently only SHx and MIPS support this functionality.
