Remarks
This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.
The ReadOnly, ReadWrite, and MaxAllowed flags are mutually exclusive. The OpenExistingOnly flag is the only flag that does not require the CreateStore permission to be granted.
