EnableVirtualSizeDisplay is a setting in the File-Based Write Filter (FBWF) package. It specifies whether the user interface displays actual disk size or virtual disk size.
The total capacity, used space, and free space of the underlying disk will be calculated when this setting is disabled.
When enabled, the size of the FBWF overlay cache will be included in the calculation. In virtual disk size display, the total capacity is the sum of the actual used space and the maximum overlay cache size. Free disk space is reported as the available space in the overlay cache.
