clear Method (Compact 2013)

This method clears the attribute list for re-use.

Syntax

HRESULT clear();

Parameters

None.

Return Value

  • S_OK
    Returned if no errors are reported.
  • E_FAIL
    There is only one specific fatal error for this IMXAttributes implementation: setAttribute with incorrect index (E_INVALIDARG). It may return a generic failure code, such as out-of-memory.

Remarks

This call does not free memory. The current arrays are kept for re-use.
