This method retrieves the locale identifier (LCID) value corresponding to the given RFC1766-conforming name.
Syntax

);
Parameters
- pLocale
[out] Pointer to the buffer to receive the LCID.
- bstrRfc1766
[in] RFC1766-conforming name for which the caller wants information.
Return Value
