This function is called when the new thread is ready to run.
This function is optional.

DWORD dwFlags
);
Parameters
- dwThrdId
[in] Identifier of the next running thread.
- dwPrio
[in] Priority of the next running thread.
- dwQuantum
[in] Quantum of the next running thread.
- dwFlags
[in] Reserved for future use.
Return Value
None.
Remarks
OEMReschedule can be used to catch thread switching.
