Registry | Description |
---|---|
UpnpSearchInterval | This interval (in seconds) determines frequency of media server information refresh. Default search interval is 10 minutes. Valid range is 60-1440. |
NumMaxServers | This is the maximum number of media servers the device would track. The default number is 10. Valid Range is 2-100. |
MediaTypes\Music | The subkeys contain extension/ MIME type pairs for music items. |
MediaTypes\Video | The subkeys contain extension/ MIME type pairs for video items. |
MediaTypes\Picture | The subkeys contain extension/ MIME type pairs for picture items. |
MediaTypes\Playlist | The subkeys contain extension/ MIME type pairs for playlist items. |

For built-in MIMEType/Extension pairs, consult Windows Media Connect documention.
The MIMEType/Extension registry setting allows MQE to learn about new Extensions. These registry setting can not override the built-in MIMEType/Extension information.
