The OnToolBar event method fires when the user displays or hides the toolbar. No property is associated with this event method.

void OnToolBar( VARIANT_BOOL vbOnToolBar);
Parameters
- vbOnToolBar
[in] Boolean value; VARIANT_TRUE if the toolbar is shown and VARIANT_FALSE if the toolbar is hidden.
