_DERIVED_::InternalAcceptingInput (Windows CE 5.0)
This method queries whether an input stream can accept more input. The derived class must declare and implement this method.

Parameters
- dwInputStreamIndex
Index of an input stream.
Return Values
Returns S_OK if the input stream can accept input or otherwise returns S_FALSE.
