LPTAKE_FRAME_LENGTH_CONTROL (Windows CE 5.0)
This function registers for exclusive access to control the universal serial bus (USB) frame length.

Parameters
- hDevice
[in] Handle to a USB device.
Return Values
TRUE indicates that the frame-length control is specified. FALSE indicates that another driver has already obtained control of the USB' frame length.
Remarks
Use with care. Changing the USB frame length can affect other devices on the bus.
