LPDDHAL_FLIPTOGDISURFACE (Windows CE 5.0)
This callback function makes the surface to which the GDI writes the primary surface.

Parameters
- lpftgsd
[in, out] Pointer to a DDHAL_FLIPTOGDISURFACEDATA surface that the driver uses to make the surface to which the GDI writes the primary surface.
