IMpegAudioDecoder::put_FrequencyDivider method (mpegtype.h)
[The feature associated with this page, DirectShow, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by MediaPlayer, IMFMediaEngine, and Audio/Video Capture in Media Foundation. Those features have been optimized for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Microsoft strongly recommends that new code use MediaPlayer, IMFMediaEngine and Audio/Video Capture in Media Foundation instead of DirectShow, when possible. Microsoft suggests that existing code that uses the legacy APIs be rewritten to use the new APIs if possible.]
Specifies the frequency divider as a three-level setting corresponding to the quality of CD Audio, FM Radio, or AM Radio.
Syntax
HRESULT put_FrequencyDivider(
[in] unsigned long Divider
);
Parameters
[in] Divider
Specifies the divider. 1 = "CD Audio"; 2 = "FM Radio"; 4 = "AM Radio".
Return value
The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.
