IIsdbEmergencyInformationDescriptor::GetAreaCode method (dvbsiparser.h)

Gets the area codes from an emergency information descriptor.

Syntax

HRESULT GetAreaCode(
  [in]  BYTE bRecordIndex,
  [out] WORD **ppwVal,
  [out] BYTE *pbNumAreaCodes
);

Parameters

[in] bRecordIndex

Zero-based index of the emergency information descriptor that contains the area code records. To get the number of area code records, call IIsdbEmergencyInformationDescriptor::GetCountOfRecords.

[out] ppwVal

Pointer to a buffer allocated to hold the area codes. The caller is responsible for freeing this memory.

[out] pbNumAreaCodes

Receives the number of area codes in the descriptor.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
