IAppxManifestDesignerService.OpenAppxManifestDesigner Method
Provides programmatic access to a project's app manifest file by openingthe Manifest Designer and optionally opening the specified Manifest Designer Tab.

documentHandle
Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsDocumentLockHolder[in] The document handle. Can be either IVsHierarchy or EnvDTE.Project.

Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.AppxManifestDesignerTab[in, optional] Specifies which tab has focus after opening.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
