IVsReferenceManager.QueryCanReferenceProject Method

Allows a client to determine if one project can reference another based on the Visual Studio default reference algorithm.

  [in] The project that is doing the referencing.

  [in] The project being referenced.

Return Value

Type: UInt32
The result of the query.
