Deletes all objects that belong to the specified team project.

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  The request context.

• projectUri

  The URI of the team project to delete.

True if the delete was successful; false otherwise.
