GetOptions Enumeration
Keep this in sync with Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client.GetOptions Ideally we would move it into RepositoryConstants, but cannot because of backward compatibility
This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.
