TfsConnection.ApplicationName Property

Gets or sets the name of an application that is making a request on the server.

Returns String.

Remarks

Setting this property is optional. By default, this property will be set. Therefore, it has to be set only for applications that are hosted in another process, such as a Web application such as w3wp.exe. The application name must not use any characters that cannot be used in HTTP request headers. The following is an example of the default setting: "Team Foundation (devenv.exe, 9.0.20418.0)"
