BranchRelative.RelativeFromItemId Property

RelativeId for BranchFromItem item.

RelativeIds exist because the members BranchFromItem and BranchToItem can both be NULL for security reasons.

The RelativeFromItemId of 0 means that this is the root of the branch topology graph.
