Gets the time of the last change to a file.

Parameters
wszFilename
Type: String[in] The name of the file.
pFileTime
Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop.FILETIME[][out] A FILETIME value specifying the last change time.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
If open in memory, then this is the time of the last edit as reported via GetLastChangeTime on the open document. If the file is not open, then the last change time of the file on disk is returned.
