__VSDIRFLAGS2 Enumeration
Provides additional members for the __VSDIRFLAGS enumeration.
This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.

Remarks
Used to disable or enable the Name and Location fields on the Add New Item dialog box. These flags are used in the creation of a .vsdir file.
