TBXITEMINFO Structure

Specifies information on toolbox items. Used on IVsToolbox::AddItem and IVsToolboxDataProvider::GetItemInfo.

	Name	Description
	bstrText	BSTR containing the tool tips/label text of toolbox item.
	clrTransparent	COLORREF item specifying the transparent color in bitmap.
	dwFlags	DWORD specifying the item info flags. Values are taken from the __TBXITEMINFOFLAGS enumeration.
	hBmp	Specifies a 16x16 bitmap for the toolbox.
	iImageIndex	INT specifying the image index of the item.
	iImageWidth	Specifies the width of the item image.

hBmp is placed in an ImageList, so the caller can destroy on return or have toolbox delete it via TBXIF_DELETEBITMAP
