pEvents
Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsWebServiceEvents[in] Pointer to an IVsWebServiceEvents interface implementing the callback functions.
pdwCookie
Type: UInt32%[out] Pointer to an integer, a VSCOOKIE value uniquely identifying the registered interface. Used in the call to UnadviseWebServiceEvents.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
