Tests whether or not the designer supports a given persistence interface such as IPersistStream.

Type: Guid%[in] The IID of the persistence interface.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Success indicates that the designer supports the persistence interface.
