IUIResourceMgr::GetAvailableApplications Method

The IUIResourceMgr::GetAvailableApplications method, in Configuration Manager, gets a list of all the applications that are available for a user to install.

      IPrograms** ppPrograms
);

Parameters

ppPrograms
Data type: IPrograms

Qualifiers: [out, retval]

Pointer to a Programs Class object defining all the programs that are available from Add or Remove Programs.

Return Values

An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:

S_OK
The method succeeded.

Remarks

This method retrieves the same data as the IUIResourceMgr::GetAvailableScripts Method method.

This method can be called only in the context of the user who is currently logged on to the client.
