SearchResults.GenerateHtmlForItemIcon Method

Generates the HTML for the icon for the specified DataRow in the search result set.

Parameters

• objectDataRow
  Type: System.Data.DataRow

  DataRow that represents a single item.

• iIndexOfItemInDataSet
  Type: System.Int32

  Index of row in the result DataSet.

• iIndexOfItemInGroup
  Type: System.Int32

  Index of an item in a group when grouping is enabled. This index is used to expand and collapse groups of results.

• strElemIDPrefix
  Type: System.String

  This element is used for HTML automation and is reserved for internal use only.

Return Value

Type: System.String
String that contains HTML for the icon to be displayed for each matching item.

Remarks

The GenerateHtmlForItemIcon method displays an edit icon for all items if current view is simple list view.
