An enumeration value that specifies a set of permissions.
Remarks
The value of this property represents the minimum permissions that a user who is manually starting a workflow must have to the parent object of the workflow to successfully start the workflow. If the workflow is associated with a list or content type, the value represents the set of permissions needed on the item where the workflow would start. If the workflow is associated with a website, it represents the set of permissions on the SPWeb object.
