Remarks
This method is only intended to be called from catastrophic backup and restore infrastructure code in SharePoint Foundation.
This overload is called by the restoration infrastructure only when the source of the backup data is a backup copy. If the source is a snapshot of the database, the overload OnPostRestore(SPDatabaseSnapshotRestoreEvent) is called.
