Adds a recipient for the message.

Parameters

• recipient
  Type: System.String

  The recipient to be added.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the recipient was added; otherwise, false.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	recipient is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

Typically, recipient is the telephone number of the recipient’s mobile telephone.
