Specifies whether an instant in time represents a local time, a Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), or neither local time nor UTC.

Values

Name	Description
unspecified	The time represented is neither local time nor Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
utc	The time represented is UTC.
local	The time represented is local time.
