Returns a String instance representing the leaf name of the Recycle Bin item.
Remarks
It must not be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). Its length must be equal to or less than 128. It must not contain the following characters: \x00-\x1FF, \x22, \x23, \x25, \x26, \x2A, \x3A, \x3C, x3E, \x3F, \x5C and \x7B-\x9F.
