Microsoft.SharePoint.Workflow.Application	Contains classes and methods for working with the Issue Tracking workflow that is included in SharePoint Foundation 2010.
Microsoft.SharePoint.WorkflowActions	Contains the core workflow activities that are included in SharePoint Foundation 2010.
Microsoft.SharePoint.WorkflowActions.WithKey	Contains the core workflow activities that are included in SharePoint Foundation 2010. These are redesigned so that developers can use them in conjunction with virtual lists. These activities use SPItemKey to reference list items rather than using the item GUID.
