BaseFolderType.ChildFolderCount Property
The ChildFolderCount property gets the number of immediate child folders that are contained within a folder. This property is read-only.

Property Value
The ChildFolderCount property returns an integer value that represents the number of child folders.
Remarks
You must set the ChildFolderCountSpecified property to true so that the ChildFolderCount property is serialized into the SOAP request.
