Returns the value of the MailingAddressID property as a reference to a BSTR.

Sets the value of the MailingAddressID property to the value of the BSTR.

This property identifies from which other properties the MailingAddress Property is constructed.
The values for this property are defined by the CdoMailingAddressIDValues Enum.
