Canceling Appointments and Meetings
Topic Last Modified: 2006-06-11
There are four possible scenarios for canceling appointments and meetings:
- The organizer cancels an appointment.
- The organizer cancels a meeting or removes some attendees from a meeting.
- The organizer cancels a single instance or all instances of a recurring meeting or appointment.
- The attendee declines a previously accepted meeting.
Only the organizer of a meeting can cancel that meeting. However, attendees can remove themselves from a meeting by sending a decline response (even if they previously accepted it). The following sections describe each of these scenarios in detail.
