System.Boolean. Returns false in all cases.

Default. The ExtendedProperties collection does not have a fixed size.

Remarks

The IsFixedSize property indicates whether or not the ExtendedProperties collection can change size. This always returns false, because ExtendedProperty objects can be added or removed from the ExtendedProperties collection.
