AllowControlMsgs

The AllowControlMsgs property allows the administrator to enable or disable the ability for users to send NNTP controlled commands. If this property is set to TRUE, then anyone who is authorized to post messages to the controlled newsgroups can create and remove newsgroups. AllowControlMsgs corresponds to "Allow control messages" on the Settings tab of NNTP virtual server Properties.
