Reason Code Field, Service Invoice Header Table

Contains a specific code that indicates why the entry was created. Thus the reason code will enable you to trace the entry.

The program copies the code from the Reason Code field on the service header when you post the service invoice.

You cannot change the reason code because the entry has already been posted.
