Fault/Resol. Cod. Relationship Table

Specifies the relationships between fault codes and resolution codes in your company. For each service item group, the table contains the resolution codes used for specific combinations of fault, symptom and fault area codes.

You can set up relationships between fault codes and resolution codes in the Fault/Resolution Codes Relationships window.

You can also let the program insert relationships between fault codes and resolution codes based on the codes you have selected for service items in posted service orders.
