Creates a new deployment administrator for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment.

Detailed Description
The New-CrmDeploymentAdministrator cmdlet creates a new deployment administrator for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment. The user must exist in Active Directory.
