Workflow elements performance report (WorkflowElementsPerformanceReport)

The Workflow elements performance report shows information about workflow elements in a specific workflow. For example, the report shows the average processing time for workflow elements. The report also shows the number of work items that were completed, approved, and rejected.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Description

Element type

Select a workflow element. For more information about workflow elements, see Workflow elements.

End date

Select an end date.

Start date

Select a start date.

Workflow name

Select a workflow.

Click Organization administration > Reports > Workflow > Workflow elements performance.

The data on this report comes from the following sources:

  • Workflow cube

  • BIDATEDIM_DATE table

  • WORKFLOWCUBEELEMENTLOOKUP table

  • WORKFLOWCUBELOOKUP table

  • WORKFLOWCUBETRANSACTION table

  • WORKFLOWCUBETRANSACTION_DIM table

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
