View the status of open sales orders

The following steps describe how to view the status of open sales orders.
Click Sales and marketing > Inquiries > Order status > Open sales order lines.
On the Overview tab, select the order to check the status for.
You can also view information such as the ship date and the remaining quantity that has to be delivered.
Click the Sales order tab to view customer information and the status of the order.
