(FRA) Export financial transaction data to an archive file

Use the Data Export Wizard to export financial transaction data to an archive file.
Click General ledger > Periodic > Data export > Data export.
On the Data export (France) page, click Next >.
In the Definition group field, select a definition group to export data from.
In the From date and To date fields, select the starting and ending dates of the period for which to include data. If you select a date in the From date field, you must also select a date in the To date field.
In the Comment field, enter a comment to be included in the text file, and then in the Export path field, enter the export path where the file is created.
Click Data export tables to open the Data export tables form, where you can modify the tables that are associated with the definition group. Close the form.
On the Data export definition page, click Next >.
On the Create data export files page, click Finish to export the data.
