(DEU) Export GDPdU data

Use the data export wizard to export Grundsätze zum Datenzugriff und zur Prüfbarkeit digitaler Unterlagen (GDPdU) data.

Click General ledger > Periodic > Data export > Data export.
In the Data export form, click Next >.
In the Definition group field, select a definition group for which to export data and the dates from which to include information.

Note

You can click Data export tables to view the tables that are associated with the definition group.
In the Data export form, click Next >.
In the Data version and Comment fields, enter the data version and a comment to include in the XML file.
In the Data export version field, select a GDPdU version to include in the XML file.
In the DTD file field, specify the name and location of the document type definition (DTD) file.
In the Export path field, specify the main directory in which the XML files are created.
In the Name of data media field, specify a name for the data media.
In the Capacity of data media field, specify the capacity of the data media, in bytes.
In the Expected XML file length field, specify the expected length of the XML file, in bytes.
Click Next >.
Click Finish to export the GDPdU data.
